Ground Level & Parking
The Ground Level features plenty of space for parking. Located below the steps is an outdoor shower. We offer a flat top gas grill for usage by guests. Finally, there is a great lounge area with a fire pit for chilly evenings.

1st Floor Deck
The 1st Floor Deck features an oversized egg chair for reading a book or chilling out solo. Once you move around to the front of the deck, there are 2 round tables that can be used together or separately with 8 swivel chairs. A great place to have dinner or engage in afternoon games.
1st Floor: Kitchen, Dining, & Living Room Areas
As you enter the house, turn left and you will find the kitchen area. The kitchen area has several appliances: the basics, plus a toaster oven, air fryer, and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a main island with 4 bar stools for extra seating.

Across from the kitchen is the dining area. The dining area is a long table with 6 chairs, perfect for a family dinner or a game of cards.

Directly in front of the kitchen and dining areas, you will find our living area. The living area features a full couch with the ability to have a queen bed pull-out. A spacious love-seat and also oversized chair. The living room has a large SMART TV where you can stream your favorite apps.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 (Downstairs): The Compass bedroom features a queen bed, side tables, closet, and Smart TV. In addition, this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower and access to the utility room.

Bedroom # 2 (Kids- Upstairs): The Kids bedroom features 2- twin bunk beds, shelving, closet, and Smart TV.

Bedroom # 3 (Upstairs): The Coral bedroom features a queen bed, side tables, closet, Smart TV, and a 2 chair seating area.

Hall Bathroom (Shared-Upstairs): The hall bathroom is shared with the Kids bedroom and the Coral bedroom. This bathroom features a standard vanity and tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #4 (Master- Upstairs): The Master Bedroom features a king bed, side tables, closet, an oversized swivel chair, & a Smart TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower in the Master area.
